Booking & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Bookings are not confirmed until this payment has been received.
Requested dates will remain tentative and are subject to being released to other clients if no deposit is made.
All invoices will be issued via email and are payable through the secure link provided. The payment due date will be clearly outlined in the invoice.

Travel & Accommodation Fees
Travel fee charged at $1 per Kilometre return from my residence in Schofields NSW for all mobile bookings.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accessible parking at the appointment location. Any parking fees incurred are to be covered by the client.
Overnight accommodation may be required for start times earlier than 8am at locations exceeding a safe distance to travel at such an early time of morning. This will be charged at a reasonable rate and discussed at the time of booking.
Health & Safety
Clients must advise the service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the application of makeup. This includes (but is not limited to) conditions such as cold sores, conjunctivitis, COVID-19, or any contagious illness.
If any discomfort or allergic reaction occurs during or after the service, it must be reported immediately.
The service provider will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or associated medical expenses resulting from the application of products during the service.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Cancellations within 60 days of the scheduled booking will forfeit any payments made.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be required to pay the full remaining balance of the booking.
Appointment Conduct
Appointments should be conducted in a child and pet-free environment where possible. If this cannot be arranged, please advise the artist prior to the appointment.
Clients are responsible for any damage to kit or equipment caused by unauthorised handling. This includes damage caused by children or pets.
Clients are expected to be ready at their scheduled appointment time. Any delay caused by the client may result in additional charges at a rate of $150 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
In the event of severe weather, illness, injury, or any event beyond control that prevents the artist from attending, all payments will be refunded in full and assistance will be given to find a replacement.
The artist reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying contagious symptoms, or engaging in aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour.
Consent & Media Use
By making any payment, the client acknowledges and accepts all of the terms and conditions stated above by Jessy’s Girl Makeup Artistry.
The client also consents to photographs and videos being taken for marketing and social media purposes. If the client prefers not to be featured, this must be communicated in writing prior to the appointment.
